Food-grade silicone base paper is the substrate of food-grade silicone coated paper, which is mainly used for deep processing of silicone oil coating. Depending on the differences of base paper and silicone coating processes, it can be processed into a series of food papers such as baking paper, steamer paper and barbecue paper. The product features low silicone coating weight, uniform and consistent coating, firm silicone adhesion that resists peeling, fine and even texture, high transparency, excellent wet strength and superior grease barrier performance; it will not melt or stick to food when applied in ovens, air fryers and steamers. Finished silicone coated paper is applicable as baking paper, baking tray liner, air fryer paper liner and steamer paper.

Specifications

We supply natural and white silicone base paper with basis weight ranging from 20 to 50 g/㎡. Our products have obtained QS certification and comply with GB 4806.1-2022; for exports to the United States, they meet FDA standards; for Europe, they comply with EUDR; for Germany, they satisfy BfR requirements; for Middle Eastern regions, Halal certification is available, conforming to GSO 2231/2012 General Requirements for Materials in Contact with Food and GSO 2148 Paper Products for Food Contact.
